The SUS³ (Sabbagh Universal Spring) is an intermaxillary fixed telescope apparatus with an integrated spring. In contrast to the Herbst appliance, it offers through its universal size and simple, fast handling and activation a better alternative to the conventional treatment with patients:
- Poor cooperation
- Distal occlusion
- Dental Class II (even unilateral)
- Non-Surgical bite conversion with adults
- Aplasia (Space Closing)
- TMJ dysfunction
- Sleep apnea
