All contracts with the TeleDenta GmbH are based on the following terms. Other regulations are only effective with our explicit written agreement.

Offers, contract conclusion

  • Our offers are non-binding and without obligation, therefore no explicit binding assurance occurs. Orders are only binding if we fulfill them by delivering the goods.
  • The contract is conducted due to the order of the customer through filling out and confirming the web form or by sending a written order confirmation to the TeleDenta GmbH.

Payment for ordered goods

  • When the customer has finished the ordering procedure he will receive a confirmation via E-Mail. This confirmation contains all ordered goods, prices and the bank account where he has to transfer the money to.
  • If the buyer is a company or a medical practice (located within Germany) he can pay on invoice and the goods will be send out as soon as possible (if in stock).
  • If the buyer is a private person (or a company or medical practice outside of Germany) he has to pay in advance and the goods will be send out (if in stock) as soon as the payment is registered at one of the TeleDenta bank accounts.
  • All stated prices are final prices that include the legal VAT of currently 19%.
  • Payment in Advance:
    Payment in advance is acceptable for deliveries within Germany. The buyer is obligated to transfer the purchase price to one of our bank accounts immediately after formation of contract.
  • The goods remain in full ownership of the TeleDenta GmbH until full payment has been made.


  • We deliver to all EU-Countries.
  • The delivery time within Germany is with 2-3 working days.
  • If the purchased goods are currently not in stock or if there is another kind of delay, the TeleDenta GmbH will inform the buyer via E-Mail about the estimated delivery time.

Right of rescission

  • Unused goods with intact original packaging (sealed) can be returned within 14 days after delivery. Transportation costs will only be refunded by the TeleDenta GmbH if the order value is above 40 Euros and the delivered to country is Germany.
  • The customer should contact the TeleDenta GmbH before sending back the goods for a smooth completion.

  • The right of rescission does not exist for the delivery of goods that were produced according to customer specification or are clearly tailored to personal needs.

Damage compensation claims

  • Damage and application compensation claims of the customer (hereafter called: damage compensation claims), no matter for which legal reason, especially for violation of obligations from the contract and from unauthorized action are excluded.
  • This is not applicable insofar there is obligatory liability, e.g. according to the product liability law, in cases of intent, gross negligence, due to the violation of essential contact obligations. The damage compensation claim for the violation of essential contract obligations is however limited to the damages typical for contracts that are foreseeable, insofar no intention or gross negligence is given. A change of the obligation for evidence for the disadvantage of the customer is not associated with the above regulations.
  • Insofar the customer has the right to damage compensation claims according to this, these come under the statute of limitations with the expiration of the period of limitation valid for the claims for faults. 


  • The warranty is limited to replacement or amendment delivery by our choice in case of claims of fault.
  • If amendments or replacement deliveries fail after an adequate term, the customer may choose to lessen the purchase price, or demand the cancellation of the contract. The term is at least four weeks.
  • Apparent faults or transport damages must be claimed within two weeks.
  • In case of claims for faults payments of the customer may be held back to an extent that adequately corresponds to the occurred faults. The customer may only hold back payments if a claim for faults is enforced for which there may be no objections.
  • If the reclamation was inadmissible and the article fault and error free we are authorized to bill shipping and inspection costs to the customer amounting to the actually occurred expenditure. In addition, the customer is to pay the shipping costs.

Data protection and confidentiality

All personal data collected from the customer are handled confidentially. The data necessary for the business transaction are saved and disclosed to associated companies and suppliers to the extent required for the performance of the order, resp. to banks for billing.


The place of fulfilment for all mutual performances from the contract is the place of residence of the TeleDenta GmbH.
